The platform cross-references pedagogical method, children's ages, teaching language, destination and desired period. Every match is supervised by our team.

Yes. All families come from certified partner schools. Every family must have completed their profile with all required documentation before activating an exchange.

It depends on the programme. For Life Swap and Go Teen, yes. For First Move you can contact us directly even if you are not enrolled in a We Go & Grow partner school.

Our programmes start from 18 months. Go Teen is dedicated to young people between 12 and 16 who want to live the experience independently. Families with children in Go Teen age can still choose to live a family experience with Life Swap.

From 1 to 3 months. One month is the minimum to truly settle in and connect. Three months correspond to a full term

Yes. You can choose a partner school with the same method as yours — Montessori with Montessori, Waldorf with Waldorf. Continuity is a choice you make.

The language of the country is not an obstacle. One of the most important filters is the teaching language — and different evaluations can be made depending on the age of your children. Do not hesitate to contact us to receive our support.

We Go & Grow manages all exchange documentation. For visas, regulations vary by country and nationality: our team will guide you through your specific case.

Each family covers their own. The exchange eliminates the main costs — accommodation and school — making the experience much more accessible.

Adaptation is part of the journey — and we know it. We prepare families and children with webinars and dedicated consultations before departure. If emotional or relational difficulties arise during the exchange, our team is always there to listen and support.

We Go & Grow acts as a connection intermediary. Each exchange is based on a voluntary agreement between families, supported by the contractual documents provided by the platform.

Legal parents retain parental authority. The host family commits to a duty of vigilance and care towards the young person they welcome.

No. We Go & Grow is a community of families and schools: we facilitate meetings and experiences, we do not sell trips. We provide connection tools between verified families and schools, but we do not book flights, accommodation or activities and do not collect payments related to transport or accommodation. Decisions regarding the exchange — dates, conditions, terms — are agreed directly between families.

Yes. Your profile is visible to verified families on the platform. Sensitive data is accessible exclusively to the family with whom the exchange has been confirmed. We Go & Grow does not share or sell your data to third parties.
