CEO & FOUNDER

Francesca Ferrazzo

I have always believed that the most formative experiences are not found in textbooks, but in real life — in stories, in nature, in
the places that change us.
‍
I hold a degree in International Relations and a master's in Digital Press and Communications: a foundation that gave me the
tools to read the world through its connections, to narrate it and make it speak. But my real school has been experience.
I began my professional journey in the world of private and cultural events for children and families, crafting experiences where
creativity and storytelling were at the heart of everything. That's where I understood how powerful it is to create spaces where
children can truly be themselves.
‍
That conviction led me to co-found and lead an outdoor alternative education project for children aged 2 to 6 — a place where
learning meant touching, exploring, and wondering. It changed me deeply, both as a professional and as a person.
Along the way, I opened a children's bookshop: because every good story is a journey, and every journey begins with an image,
a word, an idea.
‍
And then there is what transformed me most profoundly of all: becoming a mother. My three daughters — Gala, Luce, and
Alisea — turned everything I thought I knew about childhood, learning, and the world upside down, and rebuilt it into something
far richer. They are the reason this project exists in its truest form.
I am a convinced traveller. And I am deeply convinced that growing up in contact with different cultures, languages, and ways
of educating is not a privilege reserved for the few — it is a necessity, for the children and families of today.
‍
Go & Grow was not built at a desk. It grew from a life lived inside alternative education, childhood, and movement.
